PROCESS:

Organic painting for exteriors, stove-stabilized, applied on aluminium surfaces pretreated with the PRE-OX© process.

PRETREATMENT:

Sulphuric acid-based anodic oxidation of the aluminium, PREOX© process, thickness 7/9 microns.

PAINTING:

Polyester powder paint.

APPLICATION:

Special plasma-based electrostatic process.

POLYMERIZATION:

Stove-cured at 190°C for 25 minutes.

COLOURS:

DIN, RAL and other colour systems

COATING THICKNESS:

(one layer) 70/90 microns.

ADHESION LEVEL:

(DIN 53151) 0+1 (excellent).

COLOUR CHANGES:

< 10 NBS units / 5 years.

CHALKING:

< T.N. 6p / 5 years.
