IMITATION OF STEEL FINISHES ON ANODIZED EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM

PROCESS:

1. Chemical conditioning of the surfaces obtained by immersion, producing a semi-gloss finish on all illuminated surfaces.

2. Conventional washing and neutralization process.

3. Conventional anodic oxidation (to UNI 12373-1 standards).

COLOURATION:

Applied with special electrolytic colouring procedures.

COATING THICKNESS:

Class 10 / 15 / 20 by request.

SEALING:

Hot sealing to UNI 12373-7 standards.
